2. A "no show" will result in the forfeiture of any refund.
3. The scheduled duration of tours may vary based on air traffic control, flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions. Helicopter Tour Boston reserves the right to amend flight paths for safety reasons.
4. Flight restrictions may occur at any time. Certain tours cannot be completed during home games for the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and college football games at Harvard University and Boston College. An amended route will be flown.
5. Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on aircraft availability. Upon late arrival, you may be required to give way to other bookings.
6. All passengers must present a valid government-issued ID for security purposes.
7. Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Helicopter Tour Boston reserves the right to cancel any flight due to circumstances including, but not limited to, weather, security, maintenance, emergencies, and aircraft availability.
9. Tours are weather-dependent and may be canceled last minute due to bad weather or operational constraints.
10. All our tours have approximate times. Air traffic delays, fuel delays, and weather delays can all occur. Some of these factors are beyond our control.
