Operations Manger

Position Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our helicopter tour services. This includes managing schedules, ensuring excellent customer service, handling bookings, assisting pilots, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage daily flight schedules
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries, bookings, and complaints
Oversee booking management and maintain accurate records
Assist pilots with flight preparation
Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in tourism or aviation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in booking and scheduling software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
