WOW! 10/10 experience! Greeted with chocolates as we waited for our pilot right in the beginning and I was nervous I was going to get dizzy on the helicopter ride (because I've had in the past) but this ride was super smooth! It was a chilly day, but our pilot kept the helicopter toasty inside and made sure we were comfortable. It was so cool to see the harbor islands and be so close to the iconic downtown Boston buildings and see Fenway Park from above! Exceeded any and all expectations we had going in to the tour. If you are visiting Boston and want to do something different or if you are from Boston, and want to try something new, add this to your bucket list. It was such a unique experience and seeing the area from a different perspective, made me appreciate living here even more. We arrived late because of traffic, and instead of doing a sunset tour of islands, they were super accommodating and gave us a fantastic tour of the city at night. Lovel, our do it all host and pilot, had us laughing and enjoying ourselves the entire time. Do yourself a favor, please take a tour with this helicopter company.

Gennaro, our pilot, was incredibly talented and made us feel comfortable in flight, while giving us a wonderful tour briefly of the south shore and then looping over all of Boston. However, I just wanna say that Helicopter Tour Boston was phenomenally incredible! I was greeted upon my arrival with enthusiasm, I was treated with kindness and my pilots were more than incredible! Apart from the beautiful night sky I know it sounds weird but my highlight of the night was how the pilot landed the helicopter. It was very very smooth! We celebrated our 50th Anniversary with a South Shore tour of our neighborhood and surrounding coastal communities (gift from our family). We were speechless! What a memory!! The staff and pilot (Duncan) were extremely safety and customer oriented. He pointed out highlights and customized the tour to suit the areas we were most interested in seeing. Magical experience and a simply magical night!The team called me a few days before letting me know that we couldn’t fly directly over the city due to a flying ban during Red Sox games. They accommodated us and what I was looking for to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday on his actual birthday (instead of rescheduling) and they even moved our flight to 6pm instead of 5pm, which worked out even more perfectly for the sunset.It was truly an amazing experience. All-around fantastic experience from booking through the end of the tour. Website was easy to use and scheduling was simpler than some of the other companies we looked into. Upon booking, we instantly received a receipt and confirmation. The location was quick to find and a nice option for us coming up from the south (i.e. we didn’t have to drive through Boston). Front desk agent was friendly, and there lobby provided light snacks and refreshments for all your customers. The pilots met us promptly and engaged in conversation on the way out to the helicopter. After a clear and thorough safety briefing, we were on our way with a quick 5 min flight to Boston. The views were absolutely incredible, and the pilots did a fantastic job letting us know what to expect and when. The fast ride back was convenient and comfortable. In my opinion the 30 minute tour was the perfect length - especially with the doors off - to get to see all the highlights of Boston. Thank you for everything!

It was our first helicopter ride and definitely worth it. We did the Harbor Islands + Skyline and the views were spectacular. There was a last minute FAA restriction due to Red Sox game but luckily the game got done early and our pilot was kind enough to take through downtown as soon as he got to now that the restriction was taken off.

Is the one of the best experience I ever have so far in my life, since the treat for the staff until the end of the experience, everything was wonderful, I feel kind shy because we didn’t talk to much with the person who was driving, but I was speechless of the beauty of the city. I highly recommed!!!!The two pilots were phenomenal! There was another group who was in the lounge area and one of them was incredibly rude to one of the pilots. Our original one was very kind and we ended up switching to cause less of an issue. The one we ended up having for the excursion was very knowledgeable, funny, and made it one of the best experiences. The different locations were explained, the safety of the different devices were reviewed.
Highly recommend this excursion to anyone who lives in Boston or is visiting. Breathtaking views with an informative tour with the BEST pilots! 10/10!

The flight was incredible. All the staff were very professional. Our pilot was awesome and knowledgeable about Boston, the helicopter, and all my silly questions. The office and helicopter were both very clean, which feels like a minor detail, but I think it’s a good indicator of the quality of the service provided. My wife and I had a great time, would absolutely recommend!
The company is great. We have used them two time and they have been flexible with us with the various changes that we had. We will use them every time!!!! They did our egg drop event for us.

Perfect experience! We had no aviation background and took an intro flight today. This is one of the most memorable experiences we've had. The weather is quite nice and our tutor Duncan is friendly and helpful. The chopper, a Robinson R88, is in great condition and the flight is smooth, steady, and comfortable!

I had a proposal flight on Thanksgiving last week, which was awesome! Our pilot, Erik, is very responsible and friendly! He was patient with many emails from me about the flower delivery and other questions. The flight trip was impressive and at the end, they also prepared a surprising gift for my fiancee, which she love very much! It is a bit pity that the moment was not recorded, due to the malfunctional GoPro, but the company refunded the entire GoPro fee later. Overall, it is an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!
Prior to the flight my anxiety was out of the roof. However, when I arrived Eric greeted my partner and I and made things feel more calming. He answered any questions about the ride and gave constant reassurance. Flo was our pilot and he was phenomenal! He made the entire ride enjoyable. I would recommend 1000x!!!

Such an amazing experience from start to finish! My 10 year old daughter and I first did the Boston tour this past July. We enjoyed it so much that we went back at the end of the week and did the Harbor and Island tour. The Harbor and Island tour is the best value because you get a little extra time. Both tours were great! The staff is very professional and personable. They take safety seriously. The views are breathtaking. The memories are forever!!

Wow! This is my second time going up in the Helicopter. It's a surreal experience that doesn't compare to any other in Boston. One minute you are in a waiting room about and the next you are floating above Boston. I took a ride down towards the Cape and it was magical. The pilots are both highly qualified and also ensure anything you'd like to see is part of the journey. Loved it!

We booked our sunset trip in advance and the booking process was easy. When we arrived the office was easy to find and the staff were really friendly and went through what we would be doing. We were offered refreshments if we wanted them.When our pilot arrived he was super friendly and took us on the cart to the helicopter. He then went through the safety tips and after boarding the helicopter went through the trip with us.Once we were in the air he gave us a good commentary of the sites and landmarks below.The staff were really friendly and the trip was brilliant and we enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely recommend it if you are in Boston.Would definitely do it again.

We had an amazing time flying with George on Monday evening! They were very accommodating and helped us reschedule 2 times due to weather. The process is easy, fun and safe. This was my first time riding in a helicopter and I cannot wait to do it again! The view is unbelievable. You cannot live in Boston and not see it from that perspective. Highly recommend this experience to everyone. The Sunset Tour was phenomenal. If you are nervous about the motions in the air, I suggest taking a Dramamine an hour before – that is what I did. I usually never write reviews but our experience was great! Finding the location was super easy, parking right out front and the check-in was quick. Just walked in and said our name. Our appointment was for 1pm but we ended up getting taken out at 12pm which was awesome. We did the waivers online so there was no hassle. The guy at the front desk (didn’t catch his name) was super nice! Asked if it was our first time and made us feel welcomed. Even talked about skydiving!! The ride on the kart was smooth and we learned about the private charter planes. Our pilot (Alex I think) was super straight to the point when it came to the safety portion! He was super knowledgeable and checked in every few times to tell us what path he was going to take. The ride was super smooth too! I got some killer photos. Would definitely do again with more family members!

They offered me half refund or a rescheduled when I took the tour at a cloudy day for Sunset, I didn’t ask for it but they offer it. Glad that I choose to give another chance, I wish I can post some videos if I can, no words can describe the experience and how beautiful the view is. pilot drive me to the helicopter and set up whatever needed. Flew with Hans for a lesson/tour. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.He was calm, level headed and amazing to fly with. I was pretty nervous going into the experience (was a birthday surprise from my wife, I didn’t know I was doing this until we got there. He helped calm me down and gave perfect advice. By the end I wished it was longer and felt a lot more confident.I didn’t think I’d want to try this again but I am really excited to.Thank you so much Hans!
