What is your cancellation policy?

We believe in great customer service.
A full refund for all cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

In case of inclement weather we offer full refunds anytime.

No fee for reschedules made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Reschedule within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee.

We ask for you to please respect our time and the coordination of our schedule. Helicopters Tours Boston does not offer any refunds if you don’t show up for your tour.

What if there is inclement weather?

At Helicopter Tours Boston, we prioritize providing exceptional customer service. In the event of inclement weather, such as high winds, low clouds, low visibility, snow, or rain, we will proactively contact you prior to your scheduled tour. Our team will offer you the option to reschedule your tour for another date and time or provide a full refund, so you can focus on enjoying your experience with us. You need not worry about checking the weather, as we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Is there an age restriction?

Over 2 years of age: To ensure the safety of all passengers, we require that children over the age of 2 years have their own seats.

Under 2 years of age: However, children under the age of 2 years may sit on a parent or guardian’s lap if they are considered a lap child.
