Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
Full refund (excluding booking fee) for all cancellation made 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. 
In case of inclement weather we offer full refunds anytime. 
Rescheduling
No fee for reschedules made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Reschedule within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 fee. 
No show:
We ask for you to please respect our time and coordination of our schedule. Helicopter Tour Boston does not offer any refunds if you don’t show up for your tour.
